(More customer reviews)I had this modem out of the box and set up within 3 minutes. This modem was a replacement for my old modem. This modem connects faster than most modems that I have seen. This modem is fully v.90 and can be flashed for future updates. This modem has kept a connection for close to 2 weeks, stopped only then by a power failure. This modem has audio jacks on the sides for full phone\video phone function. This is the best Creative\Digicom modem that I have owned (I have owned 3). This modem is easy enough to install that even first time users could install it (with a little assistance from the manual). The manual is in plain english and almost anyone can understand it. This is a great product.
