Shipping was good and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the PC had been upgraded with Vista, additional memory and a new wheel mouse. PC performed well for a while then the on-board video went out. Disappointed, I notified SUPERBUY-USA and Amazon. Vendor asked me to ship PC back and provided a full refund. Thus, good vendor, unforeseen bad PC. This kind of thing could happen to any vendor. I am thankful for SUPERBUY-USA for standing behind their product.
