(More customer reviews)This is a generic Agere/Lucent chipset based modem. No drivers are needed for Windows Vista. Keep in mind it's a HALF HEIGHT modem, meaning it fits in compact computer cases that use half-height cards (from Dell, HP, etc). The previous reviewer didn't know what half-height meant so he was not able to use it in his computer with standard slots.
