(More customer reviews)A lightning strike too close to home last week took out another surge protector in my house, but the Belkin 7-Outlet Home/Office Surge Protector with 6' Cord was unfazed. WOW! I am ordering another to replace the fried one.
Also , I really like the flat plug because all my outlets seem to be behind big heavy furniture (like bookcases). It doesn't really matter to me which side the cord comes out. I just loop it around the plug behind the bookcase and all of a sudden the cord is aimed in the right direction and the bookcase can still go snug up against the wall.
