(More customer reviews)I order this tablet on June 3rd and received it today June 6th. In arrived from California ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I was definitely pleased with the timeliness of the delivery.
Now the product is another thing. There is a lot wrong with this product and there is no contact number of company whom I can call to obtain assistance. I feel taken.
First--there is no office applications as stated. There are icons but no applications
Second---I am unable to change the date on the tablet. It is set at January 2010.
Third---I cannot use the calendar. The procedure listed does not work.
Fourth---the screen arrived scratched, and continues to become scratched while touching the screen. It gets even worst when I use the stylus that came with the device.
Fifth---many of the apps are created in chinese and does not appeal to me.
Sixth---the most importan flaw with this product is NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT. When you buy this product you are on your own.
I understand that nothing is perfect, but when you purchase a product there should be customer service and technical support to help get it up an running properly. I donot recommend that product, buyer be ware. It is a piece of junk. I am a valuded customer from Amazon therefore felt I would get a quality product. This was not the case. Now I have to go through the process of getting my money back. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. CHEAP is CHEAP.
