(More customer reviews)Well, I talked to an electrician about this and I realized that it does not really matter if the mount is drawing power from two inputs or one input, as the two plug points that we see on the faceplate 'often' on the same circuit and same switch.
There are instances however (one I know for sure exists in my home) where two plug points are on different circuits and one of them is controlled by switch and one is not and always hot.
So, I have decided to keep this and NOT return any more.
Still, due to poor documentation and lack of picture showing from the backside, I drop a star.
----------- Old review ------------
Watchout this does not accept two inputs even though it takes all the space.
The documentation never claimed any where that it is doing so. But one would think that it is taking input from both plug points that it covers to give you 6 outputs.
I wish they make it clear to the buyers by showing the picture from the other side as well.
Other similar product which I do not remember where I bought it, accepts both inputs and each one covers 3 on each side. I am planning to use ALL 6 inputs all the time. So, not sure what difference it would make to have all 6 plugged to one input versus 3 each on to each one of the inputs.
But now I am returning this product. I wish they make it clear to us before we buy it and go through the hassle of returning it.
