(More customer reviews)I read mixed reviews of this product, but decided to give it a try. I used it with two different laptops that have their own built-in adapters, in areas where signals were weak and inconsistent. In both cases, the signals were at least usable. It's not a miracle-worker, but there is a definite difference between the built-in adapters and this one. And because it is on a USB cable, the antenna has more positioning versatility than a whole computer does.
