(More customer reviews)This item works as promised. I can easily transfer data to the phone from the computer and also charge at the same time. The retractable works well and is can be stored very compactly.
The best part is the customer service of the company Gomadic. I bought my cable about a year ago and recently it the connection started becoming flaky due to a bad connection. I e-mailed customer support and they promptly sent me a replacement part without hassle. Call me impressed.
