This is absolutely quiet.
The only con I would say if the arrangement of the scroll-lock line of function keys is in the same grouping as the insert-home-pgUp keys. My work kybd has the insert-home-PgUp in a 2 line 3 column group with del-End-PgDn and I find myself hitting the scroll lock instead of the Insert key.
Quality seems very good - cord length was adequate for my needs.
I give it 5 ***** cause there really is nothing bad about this kybd (other than my own issue with the function keys)..
