(More customer reviews)I have a small law office and we currently have three lines for four employees. We have one of these phones in each of the offices, reception, and the conference room. I haven't figured out if you can always put the phone on 'privacy' but I wish it would. I also wish it had caller ID, but I didn't want to pay for the upgraded phone that included it. The phones work well and I'm overall pleased with the purchase.
