(More customer reviews)After browsing for a USB Hot Sync/Charge cable for my H10, I spotted the $9.99 as the first result for my search. However, after reading countless reviews stating that the cheaper cable would charge but would not sync properly. Those reviews that said it did sync said that it did not put music files in the music topic but rather it would but everything in the file browser. Not wanting to take this risk I put my faith in the Gomadic product after reading the only 5 star review. I am so glad that I did.
I received my order an entire day before the earliest projected delivery date. I noticed that it had been shipped within 2 hours of placing the order, which was made at 3 PM. It came with an instruction/uses sheet as well as 2 interchangeable tips. This is one of the most well built and rugged cables I have ever purchased. It feels incredibly well built and appears that it will last as long as my H10 does.
The Tip Exchange is a fantastic idea as I can expect to buy cables for other devices in the future and just having to buy tips is convenient. Rather that having a plethora of cables, I just have to change tips whenever needed.
As for the sync problems with other products, this does exactly what it should do. It syncs with no problem and charges at the same time. Also it properly puts my music files in the correct music section.
If you are looking for a USB Sync/Charge cable for your H10, spend the extra 8 dollars on this product that works properly. From now on I will take my business to Gomadic for future electronic accessory purchases.
