(More customer reviews)Bought this modem for about a week now since my old AT&T netopia crapped out on me. Based on numerous positive reviews from Amazon and Newegg I decided to buy it. It came with a disc wizard so I set up my account with it and it worked, then I began to get drops in my internet connection via the gateway. I directly connected it to the gateway to avoid any router issues or whatnot and I seem to still keep getting drops in my connection. The modem was shipped with the latest firmware so upgrading firmware was unnecessary. The settings and menu is not cluttered or hard to understand, but i wonder if any other users have also encountered this problem and if they have any solutions to fix it or will I need to return the modem.
