(More customer reviews)I got my 3Com two weeks ago and had a terrible time trying to determine what was wrong with it. Finally, it proved to be a hardware problem. The modem was defective. It seems to be real fast, but two agonizing weeks of trouble shooting is too much since it requires checking both software and hardware.
