(More customer reviews)This product (GSI GLP9386) sounds like just what we need on an ongoing basis, but there is no additional technical information available as of date (July 3, 2011) beyond the few descriptive lines on Amazon's sales page. To Amazon's credit, their Chat customer service agent spend quite a bit of time attempting to identify the manufacturer and obtain a link to a manual for us, but ultimately could do neither. There are pages of Google hits on "GSI" and "GLP9386" but none of the other vendors have any more information than Amazon does and none seem to be relevant to this manufacturer.
If any of you can identify the manufacturer or provide a link to their website or to the manual for the GLP9386 I'd appreciate it if you'd email that information to Stephen.Marcy@Comcast.net
We hope to eventually evaluate this and give it high marks, but we're not going to invest any more time in it if the manufacturer can't be identified and the documentation and some comfort level in ongoing support can be obtained.
