(More customer reviews)Be very careful when using this I programed this into my RAZR and low and behold, there is an $11.27 cent a month service charge on my cell phone bill, and it doesn't do what it claims. I wanted it to download from my computer to my phone and to program info off the phone into the computer. DON"T WORK. what a waste of money, and an argument with my service provider.
