(More customer reviews)The product arrived in a generic cardboard box with a power cable, user manual on CD, and four new sticky-back rubber feet. Everything was in like new condition, and the only thing that hinted that it wasn't brand new besides the box was that the power cable wasn't wound up all nice and perfect like a brand new one would be. The switch powered on fast and my network accepted all three connected devices without any issues. For anybody that is wondering, the front indicator lights are green in color.
