(More customer reviews)The surge protector came in damaged from the factory. The power supply cord was pulled away from the body of the surge protector. Guess these guys have no factory inspections or quality control. It was a nice looking surge protector but did not want to chance another Cyberpower purchase. Sent the item back and received a refund.
