(More customer reviews)Comes with NO setup instructions. Plan description on display card says "Requires laptop or notebook with aircard/connect card capapble of working with AT&T wireless network, Internet access to sign-uo and a new SIM card." I don't know if my laptop has all that.
Got little help from AT&T store (maybe because I did not buy it from them). You can buy time (somehow) for $15 plus taxes) per day, with max 100 MB sending and receiving but apparently your "day" is the 24 hours immediately after you purchase the time (whether or not you are using the service). Also, $30 per week or $50 per month
I returned the item because I thought I would need too much support from AT&T, and have not had good experience with them.
