have (as we hoped) a quick link between two computers (users, not admins).
It only works when the software is run as admin.
Now, this is a sort of obvious limitation if you know how security models work, but most of the folks don't.
And there is not a word about this limitation from Tripp-Lite! We expected this, but got suckered to try it anyway since Tripp-Lite didn't say anything about needing to have administrative rights, nor about a need to execute a file.
Secondly: There are two files on the memory stick called "EasySuite.exe" and "EasySuite .exe" (the space), and not a word
from tripp-Lite on which one to run.
Trirdly: Manual says everything will work automatically, and doesn't mention what to do if there is no autorun enabled. This might stumble a casual user. They could have simply say that if nothing happens, go to the new drive in MyComputer and double-click the "EasySuite .exe" (the one with a space before .exe).I am giving it 3 stars, because, aside from mentioned issues, it works great, simple, and fast, and doesn't need any drivers.
