(More customer reviews)I had to take the two mounting nuts off the connector to get it to work on my RS232 device. That was a pain and almost broke it, but after that I've been using it without any problems. Software is included to set up the device.

(More customer reviews)Do download the drivers from the manufacturers website as the ones that ship are not up to date. It's great to be able to work on two systems at once. The cable is very long as well which is a great plus for me as I use it for my job.
