(More customer reviews)It works with my ATT DSL service in SF Bay Area. Because I have my own router, I set it to bridge mode to avoid the double NAT problem described by some reviewers here. The product arrived from Amazon.com in a stained white paper box. I thought it was an used or opened item but all parts inside appear new. I would not give it 5 stars because it runs hot and the case does not provide good ventilation. I guess it is a consumer-grade device designed for a price point. For about 1/2 the price of the modem kit sold by ATT, this is a good deal. However, unlike the ATT kit, it does not include any DSL phone line filter. Therefore, a buyer with new installation has to get the filters separately.
