(More customer reviews)Contrary to two other reviews, this is a great item. The best price of any USB 56K modem, and easy to install and use. True, no instructions came with it, and the disk has lots of files on it, but it says right on the box, "Plug and Play", so I did. All I did was plug the modem into a USB port, and a message came up saying, "Insert the disk to load the driver". I inserted the disk, and my computer automatically found and installed the correct driver. So, no instructions necessary. You do have to update your dial-up connection properties on your computer to point to the COM port that the USB modem is plugged into, but that took 2 seconds. So within 5 minutes, I was up and running. Great product.
